Chatham Commercial Design Guidelines 1st Community Meeting

Alderman Roderick Sawyer (6th Ward), the Chicago Department of Planning and Development (DPD) and the Congress for New Urbanism would like to invite you to the 1st Community Meeting regarding the Chatham Commercial Design Guidelines.

The design guidelines will provide short and long term recommendations to enhance the existing physical conditions of Chatham’s commercial corridor.

STUDY AREA: Generally bounded by 75th Street on the north, 79th Street on the south, Wabash Avenue on the west and Cottage Grove Avenue on the east.
