CIC Property Management Training

Topics: Marketing, fair housing, the landlord/tenant ordinance, eviction court, nuisance abatement, real estate tax issues, maintenance and budgeting.
Led by: Experienced property managers, attorneys, fair housing experts and real estate tax specialists.
Length: 8 hours. Please note that ALL CLASSES START PROMPTLY ON TIME.
