Welcome to the Small Building Owners Exchange (SBOE) page! The SBOE is an association of 2 to 4 owners, landlords, and/or property managers in Greater Chatham.

- Training from experts on challenges you’re facing. Topics may include screening and retaining tenants, understanding the renovation process, accessing funding, and more.

- Members will be eligible to receive assessments on one of their properties.
